Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. introduced a general-purpose UV ink jettable primer for hard-to-print substrates such as stainless steel, coated metals, uncoated metals, glass, and plastics. It is formulated for inline use with Ricoh Gen 4 and Ricoh Gen 5 printheads. The JP254 primer is for use with any existing printing Ricoh Gen 4 and Gen 5 print heads. Alternatively, an additional printhead, and UV-LED light source can be implemented to cure the primer before the ink colors are printed. ...
